—— 武广营员日记 （一）

　　开营时间不长，我们的I Say听说读写集训营的营员们已经迫不及待地要秀秀他们的英语写作啦，和我们一起来看看吧。

　　武广冬令营B班 陈冠旭 Levis
　　Today, a new foreign teacher Mike came into our class and taught us Unit2. Mike is a man who comes from Britain. Though he is more than fifty, he is still very lovely and looks like a little boy. He always said: “I’m not fat” when he touched his big belly in the class. And we all laughed every time. He also told us about himself. He married for many years and his wife and son also teach in New Oriental. From his stories, I don’t only learn the English knowledge, but also what the real life should be. I like him a lot and I start to miss him now.

　　A bunch of words flooded into my mind when I settled down and started to think about what had happened today. As a usual NOS class, it was a casual and fruitful time. Although it was not filled up with difficult stuff which I cannot understand as in SAT class, I really enjoyed the feeling of talking with others and having fun together.

　　Mitchell, whose name sounds like meatball to me, is a remarkable teacher who masters when to dig deep into a language point and how to make the class lively. He has combined teaching skills and entertainment. And two foreign teachers are both talented. Josh is just like a big brother who lives next door. And he has got a truly sunny smile. Tyler is more sophisticated than Josh, but he shows the characteristics of being a good teacher. The idea of evening class was fascinating.
It was a brilliant time for us to get to know each other and talk about everything we like. We really had a good time with them. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s lessons.

　　I’ve been in the camp for a few days. It is a really plentiful and happy moment. And I knew 2 great tutors, they are Mitchell and Tyler. Both of them gave me a deep impression.

　　I really like Mitchell because he has a clear logical order, a good presentation and pronunciation, and an ample preparation. And the most important thing is that he is funny and smart. I was very interested in his class, and his rich knowledge was indeed helping me improve my English proficiently. 

　　Tyler, he is a good teacher. I like him really, especially his smile. Certainly, that is not the only reason. He is patient when he taught and listened carefully when people talked. What’s more, he taught us a wonderful game and we all enjoyed that game. By the way, in his class, we have many opportunities to practice pronunciation.

　　In the end, those days are wonderful, I like the course and I enjoy it!
